Whether you are a beginner looking to start a yoga practice or a seasoned practitioner looking for something more challenging... we have a class for you! 

Class Descriptions

MIXED FLOW

An all level vinyasa flow class designed to focus on different parts of the body to build strength and flexibility

HEATED POWER YOGA

A heated class focused on holding poses and building strength. Be prepared to sweat, breathe, and leave feeling empowered!

FLOW-N-GO

Start your day right or spend your lunch in this invigorating flow class to get your blood pumping, your body moving, then out the door. 

YOGA FOR BEGINNERS

We take the time to break down in detail the basic yoga poses and principles of vinyasa. Building the foundations so that you can confidently go into other classes. (All Levels)

GENTLE YOGA

A slower paced  class focused on mindfulness and stretching. Working on the essential principles of proper alignment for a safe and smart yoga practice. Modifications and supported poses offered. 

YOGA FOR ATHLETES

A slow, mindful deep stretch to keep muscles and tendons supple inbetween workouts, to increase flexibility and to help with injury prevention. (All Levels)

RIDE45

You are going to sweat during this 45 minute dynamic indoor spin class! High intensity full body ride with great tunes!

RIDE + CORE

As simple as it sounds. 30 minutes of spinning followed by 15 minutes of core work.

RESTORE & RENEW

A relaxing and restorative class designed to relax the body and mind. Stretch the body, relax the mind, and leave feeling refreshed and renewed.

WARM DETOX FLOW

 Vinyasa and static postures practiced in a heated room (85-95ºF) to warm muscles and release tensions in body and mind.  Spiritual messages woven into the practice. (All Levels)

RIDE 30
BARRE

A blend of yoga, pilates and ballet, this high-energy but very delicate class combines isometric movements will leave your buns talking to you the next day!
