Casey Zipp, Director of Community, RYT 200
Casey discovered yoga her first year of college and had no idea the impact if would make on her life. From the very beginning, yoga to her has been a time to reflect on her journey, de-stress, and unwind. The yoga lifestyle quickly became part of her everyday routine so she decided to expand her practice by taking Yoga Teacher Training at the Amrit Yoga Institute. Here, she studied under Yogi Amrit Desai, one of the original Yoga Masters that brought yoga to the west from India. Yoga completely changed her life and she hopes to give others the tools to transfer their own. After all, "if it doesn't change your life, it's not yoga." - Yogi Amrit Desai
