Breathwork is an active guided meditation technique that allows you to connect deeply to your breath, in turn clearing stuck energy within the body. This helps facilitate the release of strong emotions, limiting beliefs, and negative thought patterns. Re-ground, and return back home to yourself.⁣ ⁣ *This class is open to all levels of breathwork experience. The technique is simple + incredibly beneficial.

Join us at City Park on June 21st at 9:30 AM for an uplifting- all levels- outdoor yoga class! Reserve your spot through our app! Please bring your own mat or towel and practice social distancing by setting up your space at least 6 feet away from others.
We will be located near the City Park parking lot next to the baseball fields.

Join us for a silent hike through the Konza Prairie followed by a meditation. A great time to connect with nature, become grounded, and re-focus. You can meet us at the start of the trail or meet at the studio at 11:30 to carpool.
