Breathwork is an active guided meditation technique that allows you to connect deeply to your breath, in turn clearing stuck energy within the body. This helps facilitate the release of strong emotions, limiting beliefs, and negative thought patterns. Re-ground, and return back home to yourself.⁣ ⁣ *This class is open to all levels of breathwork experience. The technique is simple + incredibly beneficial.
